Question

About automatic password entry in Azure AD

Hello, everyone

When I authenticate with Azure AD, I have multiple IDs to use.  Therefore, it's natural that I have to choose from a long list when entering my ID, but I also need to select from many lists when entering my password after entering my ID. However, since I've already entered my ID, I think it should automatically enter the corresponding password. Is there any solution?

Hello @nori! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when filling your login credentials for Azure AD. So that I can better understand the situation, can you tell me the following:

  1. Do you have multiple Azure AD accounts? Perhaps for different workplaces or purposes? Or are you using one Azure AD account but different services use different usernames while using the same password synced using Azure AD.
  2. Do you currently store your login credentials in multiple Login items in 1Password?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, @1P_Dave san

1. Yes. For example, I have multiple IDs to log in to https://portal.azure.com, such as personal, work, and customer IDs. I have many different IDs.

2. Will this be yes? Each item is stored individually.
