Account has been reset after trial
Today I my trial ended and I choose to subscribe. To my big surprise my account has been reset after payment, so all my vaults are gone. Does anyone know if I can retrieve my vaults anywhere?

I will do, thanks. In the mean time I dug a bit deeper and it seems that I have two subscriptions on the same mailaddress! I explained it further in the mail to support.
