Active Apple Subscription but Account Frozen

Started using 1password on August 10th and signed up for a 1 year subscription via Apple.  Today I am notified my account is frozen and I can not unfreeze it.  What I have tried:

  1. Signing out of everything and logging back in.
  2. Cancelling and repurchasing subscription
  3. Deleting 1passworld app and resinstalling it

So far customer support is providing no solution.  Anybody have this problem and solve it.

I'm sorry that you're running into a billing issue with your 1Password account. I don't have access to your account information here in the community and our support team is in the best position to help resolve the issue.
