Active Apple Subscription but Account Frozen
Started using 1password on August 10th and signed up for a 1 year subscription via Apple. Today I am notified my account is frozen and I can not unfreeze it. What I have tried:
- Signing out of everything and logging back in.
- Cancelling and repurchasing subscription
- Deleting 1passworld app and resinstalling it
So far customer support is providing no solution. Anybody have this problem and solve it.
