add 1password extension to Google Chrome

My 1password extension in Google Chrome stopped working. I removed the extension so I could re-add it. Now when I try to add it nothing shows up in the box to select a new extension. I have both 1password for Safari and 1password installed on my MacBook Air. I'm running 13.2 Ventura.
