Add Login.gov to "Sign in with" list

Most US government sights now either require signing in with Login.gov or provide it as an option to sign in. I realize that I can add each site to the list of websites under the Login.gov entry.  But some of the sites offer other sign in options, such as ID.me or the legacy username and password.  I think this is the problem that the "Sign in with" list was created to solve... which option to choose when you get to the site.

Please add Login.gov to this list or just provide a flag to add any login to that list.

I know there was a similar post made previously, but it has been over a year and Login.gov has still not been added, so I wanted to bring this back to your attention.

Hello @Peabody! 👋

I'm so sorry for the delayed reply. I can definitely see how adding more sign-in with providers like Login.gov, or allowing folks to add their own, would be useful. I've filed a feature request on your behalf with our product team.

Thank you for helping us to make 1Password better and more useful!

This has been requested several times over the last couple of years - the last request 11 months.  I am a new user - and let me say that these ids - while in development a couple of years ago - now used by most federal government sites - Social Security, Medicare, etc.   I am running into this on almost every government site - especially those involving any money - all the time.

please add “login.gov” at least.  also used are “ID.me”.  You can see the different ones listed here:

Thank you for the feedback! I’ve forwarded your feature request to our product team. In the meantime, you can save your Login.gov credentials as a regular Login item for autofill on login.gov, even if you can’t currently select it in the “Sign in with” field.
