adding a cc for billing

I just separated from my company yesterday and I want to add a cc for billing to keep my family account but there is no option to do so on the family account as it says I am still getting a free membership with my business account. How can I get this fixed? Can I do this by phone?

In short, no. The challenge for 1Password to provide phone support with the ability to make significant changes would be huge.

It's been 6 weeks and I still have my active family account. Billing section still says it's a free account with my business account so I guess I am ok for now.  Currently saving my passwords in iCloud as well just in case I ever get cut off. Clearly whatever I did to unlink my account didn't work and I can't log in to my old business account anymore so I am forced to wait for an email from 1password.

I thought I did as I did see the instructions for unlinking. Not sure if that worked. I was hoping to keep using this app but I think I am being forced to copy over my PWs into iCloud.
