All Items vs Suggestions

It used to be that All Items was the 'default' list that appeared in vaults. That no longer happens. After a lengthy Chat session, I was told to take my 'complaint' to Feedback. Where the heck do I find Feedback?? Thank you.

You're in the right place! It sounds like you might be talking about 1Password in the browser, if that's the case then you can change the item list to "All Items" using these steps:

Open your browser.
Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
Click Appearance & shortcuts.
Set "Open 1Password to" to "All Items".

If you're referring to a different 1Password app then can you tell me which one and where specifically you're seeing the suggestions? If you can provide a screenshot (without revealing any sensitive information) then that would be helpful as well.

Thanks, Dave. I can get to Settings, but there is no "Appearance & shortcuts" option... I have an iMac and running 8.11.2 for 1Password.

Thanks for the reply. Are you using the desktop app or the browser extension? The steps that I posted would only apply to the browser extension.

Are you able to post a screenshot of where you're seeing suggestions instead of all of your items?

Hi, Dave. I'm using the browser extension. I've included a screen shot that shows only the top of the (whatever it is called) not showing personal info. It's that Suggestions that I want to say All Items.
