Android app does not show item detail data in offline mode. Says not connected to internet

Hi @sameerchavan, thanks for writing in.

With a few exceptions, such as unsynced items and files that haven't been cached, your items should be available in 1Password for Android while offline. In testing with devices running Android 13 and 14, this was the case for me.

I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the behavior you're seeing:
* While offline, if you open an item and wait 30-60 seconds, do the item details appear?
* While offline, can you view item details in the Autofill menu (steps bellow)?
* If you recently updated to Android 14, do you recall seeing the same issue before updating?
* If you have any other Android devices with 1Password installed, do you see the same issue there?

To view item details in the Autofill menu:
1. Tap a sign in field.
2. Select "Open 1Password".
3. Tap the menu ( ⋮ ) next to a suggested item, or search for an item first.

When I am offline(no network or wifi) due to being, e.g- in underground parking, the following happens
1. Sometimes the item data appears after 10 secs.. For this I kill the app and start and select the item and go back and then again select an item. Do some back and forth to fool the app. So this means there is data already downloaded. But your app is not ready to show to me.. its hiding this.
2. I have recently updated to Android 14. I am seeing this issue now. I don't remember ever having such an issue previously. So maybe you have not tested your app on Android 14
3. I don't have another Android 14 device.
4. I have not tried the auto-fill menu. But I will try next time.
