Annoying issue with not unlocking multiple accounts

I'm not sure I can get any help with this, but I have 1P on Mac setup with two accounts: personal & work.

I have two separate instances of Brave each setup with 1P extension.

One is setup to filter only on personal account.
One is setup to filter only on work account.

When I unlock 1P I almost always unlock with my personal passphrase, as that is what I use the most.

I then run into the issue where when using the Brave browser for work, that it's unlocked but it doesn't see any entries for anything because the work account is still locked.

Therefore I have to go into 1P app and unlock the work account, and then entries display on the Brave browser that filters on work account.

Is there a way to get the Brave browser I use for work to always require an unlock on the work account and ignore the personal account?
