Any security benefit in using 1P 2FA?

What is the actual security benefit in setting up a strong password with 1P and also adding 2FA on 1P?

There’s no 2FA anymore as opposed to logging into websites on my computer and using my phone Authenticator apps.

If you’re handling everything through 1P, I don’t see how the 1P 2FA provides any additional security vs not having it?

If 1P gets breached, having the 2FA inside 1P doesn’t do anything. If the website gets hacked, they can’t brute force a 20 character random password anyway.

Is 1P 2FA pointless/redundant?
