Anyone know how to get to talk to a real person for tech support

I've been doing emails for 2 days to resolve migration problems.  I get an email every so often and then take 2 minutes to try something that doesn't work  Then reply and wait hours or overnight to get a reply.  Can't even get an online chat.  Am I doing something wrong.  Anyone know how to contact directly.  I've asked in the emails to be called but get ignored.
