App not opening after unlocking on Secure Desktop

I am aware that there's a problem where 1Password does not show up on Secure Desktop after invoking the Ctrl+Enter.
However my problem is different.
When invokig the shortcut, 1Password does show up on the Secure Desktop but after entering my master password, it does not actually open/show the app. Also trying to start it from the start menu does not work. My only option is killing all 1Password processes and unlocking and starting the app again, without Secure Desktop.

We're actually pretty sure the two issues are actually one in-the-same, as we were able to reproduce the same behavior when attempting to do so ourselves.
