Apple Watch App Not Syncing Or Updating

Hello,

In the latest beta, 8.9.9, the Apple Watch app isn't getting updated or synced, whenever I make changes. It's basically frozen from whenever it was last working. I've tried uninstalling the app, particularly on the Apple Watch, but nothing seems to work.

By the way, I really like & appreciate the new Watch app. You guys (& gals) did a great job!
