I’m having no luck unlocking from my Apple Watch, also, and it is really frustrating because I have migrated from LastPass, and at least with LastPass. I don’t have to enter my master password every time I log into a website. But I do not know how to create a diagnostic report. Can you please give me advice on that?

I'm sorry that Apple Watch unlock isn't working on your Mac. You can create a diagnostics report by following the steps in this guide:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

With your email please include:

Please send the entire file.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

Good idea. And as a two week user, I’m kind of disappointed to say the least. May go back to LastPass.

Have you sent in a diagnostics report using the steps that I provided above? The team can take a look and advise on workarounds to get things working again while we're waiting for a fix from our development team.

If you've already emailed the team then please post your Support ID and I can make sure that you get a reply as soon as possible. 🙂

It's 2024-08-11 and after updating to macOS 14.6.1, I can now unlock 1P using my Apple Watch!

@BikerBob

I'm happy that updating to the latest version of macOS resolved the issue for you. 🙂
