After updating to 8.10.38 (from 8.10.34) & doing a 1PW Reset & doing a reinstall of the 1PW Safari Extension 2.27.1, I can report all working again as it should. ...Includes Watch 9 with 1PW logins. {I was impacted by the Watch issue in 8.10.36 }

Note: Update reset Auto-Lock (Security) back to Default; I manually changed to my setting of 4 hours.

1PW 8.10.38
Extension 2.27.1
macOS 14.6.1
Safari 17.6

@1P_Dave

While all is now copacetic, let me mention that 8.10.38's Reset (1PW) caused some confused Settings changes from prior my prior setup.

Examples:
1) After Updating & Resetting, I did have an issue with Safari Extension; it kept asking for my 1PW password (I could see Extension's Locked Icon in Safari Toolbar). ...Wasn't until completing a re-install of Extension 2.27.1, that it settled down. ...Wasn't sure Extension re-install was necessary, but why not try it & Extension worked normally afterwards.

2) 1PW Auto-Lock seemed to occur more quickly. I checked the Setting to find it back to the Default and needed to be customized again. ...I should have realized 1PW Reset would extensively reset Settings; just didn't occur to me how much checking would be needed.

No worries now. Thanks.

I can confirm that 8.10.39 (or I guess 38 even since 39 only removes a warning in the about box) fixed my Apple Watch problem.
Support gave me instructions on how to downgrade to .34 but now with the vulnerability, I figured entering the password would be the lesser evil, so I ran the update anyway.

However, I did have to re-install the SSH Agent, because otherwise I got the "Agent refused operation" error when trying to ssh into a server.
