Are there human beings at 1Password Customer Support?

I have just set up a trial account.  I have completed the set up but am unable to login with my password.  Trying to reset it is a futile and ripe with circular logic / help on the site. There is ZERO support from 1Password besides a chatbot that tells me the same thing I read on the site or directs me to the "community" (despite the Support page indicating I can reach a team member). Neither provides the answers I seek.

Discovering this poor customer service policy early on - before I could even import my Lastpass data was a godsend!  I just need to figure out how to get ahold of the Customer Support Vapor at 1Password to cancel my account & credit card as 1 hour of this 14 day trial has taught me MORE than enough about 1Password!  Thanks!

Did you ask the chatbot "Can I speak with a team member?" It'll tell you to contact the team at mailto:support@1password.com. I've spoken with human support several times, including in the last week.
