Attachment - Related Items Not Viewable on iOS

I have several 1Password entries with attachments.
When viewing these on a Mac, I can see them no problem.
When viewing the same entry on iOS, when I select the attachment I am taken to the All Items -AllCategories list and cannot see the attachment.

Am I missing a setting or is this a bug?
