Authorisations unintentionally rejected.

Hello,
1Password asked me for authorisation and I unintentionally clicked on decline. Now Commant + # and the quick access in Safari no longer work. Before, the quick access suggested with open page and now it remains empty.

Please help.

1Password Version: 8.10.40
Extension Version: 2.27.1
OS Version: macOS 15.0 Beta
Browser: Safari

Can you confirm if 1Password is allow under macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility:
