Auto fill no longer working after updating to macOS Tahoe 26.5

Just updated to macOS Tahoe 26.5 and auto fill is no longer working. If 1Pasword is locked the "command + /" shortcut will ask to unlock 1Password, but that's it. It doesn't auto fill and pressing the shortcut again does nothing.

I am running 1Password for Mac 8.12.21 (81221003) which is the latest and macOS Tahoe 26.5 which is the latest.

Everything was working perfectly fine before the update. I was already on Tahoe (whatever version was before 26.5). I did a reboot and it still doesn't work. 1Password is already in my menu bar which I know is a requirement.

If you want, use nightly builds ( beta done nightly )

It works with

1Password for Mac 8.12.24 (81224017)

Hello @Mimikyu! 👋

I'm sorry that Universal AutoFill isn't working. This likely isn't related to you updating to macOS 26.5 but rather it's related to a known issue in the current version of 1Password for Mac. You can find more details, including workarounds, here (as Gilles mentioned): Universal Autofill not working on Mac apps after update to Version 8.12.21

Since we have an existing thread open for the issue, I'll close this one to avoid duplicates.
