Auto fill on Pixel 8

I recently started using 1password on my Pixel 8.

When I attempt to use auto fill, I turn on the feature in the app, but get a prompt to set auto fill in the system app.

I do that and go back to 1password and get the same prompt to go to the system app.

I noticed on my old phone that 1password was set as priority app?

Both phones see on Android 14 so I am very confused.

Found this earlier reply which helped..

Can't enable autofill on brand new Pixel 8
Android
Solved: tap on the Google logo (not the settings cog) to open a sub menu to switch autofill defaults.

Longtime iPhone user who decided to try a pixel 8, when I go to enable autofill on the 1Password app, it prompts me to enable it in system settings and takes me there to turn it on, but then nothing happens. When I switch back to the 1Password app it shows it disabled even though its enabled in system settings. I used to own a Pixel 2 with 1Password around four years ago and it worked perfectly, but I remember having to enable an accessibility option for it whereas I wasn't prompted for it this time around. I've reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone, and considering a factory reset at this point but haven't done it yet.
