Auto Fill Security Codes

I have an Apple McBook Air macOS 26.1 (25B78).  I am using Google Chrome browser Version 142.0.7444.176 (Official Build) (arm64).  I am also using 1Password for Mac 8.11.18.  I want to do autofill on the Chrome browser for logins and passwords from 1Password and I also want to use autofill for security codes sent via text message to my iPhone and MacBook Air.  How do I do this?

Hello Former Member! 👋

Thanks for the questions! 1Password can fill one-time passwords that you've saved in 1Password, you can find more information here:

1Password doesn't have access to your text messages and so it can't fill security codes that you receive via text message. However, macOS itself has a feature that will enable you to fill security codes received in a text message in Safari (but not Chrome): Automatically fill in SMS passcodes on iPhone

Thanks.  I was afraid of that. 1Password works great in both Safari and Chrome.  Safari is good, but I would prefer to use Chrome. Thanks again.
