Auto Lock not working on Windows 10 Pro

Question

Auto Lock stopped working about a month ago, I recheck my settings and the auto lock is set for 5 minutes. I think my version is: 1Password for Windows/81023003 (EN_US). I can manually lock it using the menu. Any suggestions?

Hello @williamk! 👋I'm sorry that 1Password isn't locking as expected. Can you double-check that auto-lock is set to five minutes using the steps in this guide: How to set 1Password to lock automaticallyIf auto-lock is indeed already set correctly then are you letting our PC sit idle with no activity (including mouse or keyboard activity) for at least five minutes? 1Password locks based on system idleness, not the idleness of the 1Password app itself, do you have any apps or devices that might be keeping your PC from going idle?
