I have an annoying web form I have to fill out once a week with mundane information.
I set up an 'identity' that would autofill the blanks in this dumb form (I wish it could handle radio buttons and drop towns too), and it worked for a year or so.
About a month ago, it stopped working. I select the identity, hit 'autofill', and it does nothing.
I do not know if my organization changed the dumb form, or if 1password changed how it autofills.
Please help me know how to make it work again.

Let's try using our testing website to determine how 1Password is working there:

Navigate to this site -> https://fill.dev/form/identity-simple
Search for your Identity item in 1Password and click "Autofill".

Is your Identity item being filled properly?

Hi -
The autofill test you've provided works.
All other forms I encounter work.
Only the [small annoying] thing I have to complete at work does not work.
It used to work.

I don't know if it makes a difference, but the form is shared through MS Outlook: forms.office.com
Maybe their forms are known to be unautofillable.
