Autofill Autofills Wrong Web Site

Autofill autofilling credentials from the wrong web site. Generally, pressing the CMD+\ shortcut autofills a particular entry from my vault on all web sites, resulting in an invalid login. After that, I can select the credentials from my list, but often times the plugin does not autofill, but rather may autofill only the username, leaving the old password there. Sometimes it will not autofill anything. This is new behavior with 1Password8. Are there any workarounds, or is this expected behavior?
