On the https://www.taobao.com, where I search, it will jump to https://s.taobao.com, but I don't like the 1password widget show on the search bar, since if I press "down" to select the recommended item, it will pop up 1password rather than select next recommended item.

I'm sorry that the 1Password inline menu is appearing in the search field when it shouldn't be. The autofill behaviour settings in your screenshot only control where that specific login item should appear, they don't control if the icon itself will appear or if you'll see other suggestions from 1Password.
That being said, 1Password shouldn't be making any suggestions in a search field. An internal work item is already open with our development team to get this fixed and I've added your report there.
