Question

Autofill errors

In my area there are literally hundreds of medical portals and they are all outsourced to the same three companies, with nextgen.com being one of the largest.

I have accounts at two separate nextgen, com portals with two different URLs, but 1Password can't distinguish between them. When I go to either of the following URLs, 1Password tries to autofill with the second one (Ortho Tennessee). Yet the two logins in 1P have the correct (different) URLs.

https://pxpportal.nextgen.com/universitycardiology-21196/portal/#/user/login

https://pxpportal.nextgen.com/orthotennessee-24403/portal/#/user/login

I don't like using the 1Password Safari extension in iOS, but with it turned on, if I go to either URL, at least both 1P autofill options are displayed. But even this is wrong. Only the correct autofill should be displayed.

The only thing the same about these two URLs is the base domain, so why can't 1P differentiate? I have two other portal logins that have the same base domain (medfusion.com) and 1P gets both of them right every time.

No response in three days. That’s a bit odd.

All my website addresses I manually enter
just the main .com or . net addresses.

Example

https://pxpportal.nextgen.com
or
https://www.pxpportal.nextgen.com

Yours does not use the http://www.
so just use the
https://pxpportal.nextgen.com

It might not take you directly to the login, but you can find that afterwards.

I think just using the web addresses without going directly to the login on the website is a cleaner way to start, because if you use a direct login that could change, but the main url will not.

see if that helps.

I realize this is the holiday season, but am I going to ever receive a response to this? I need to use these two logins often and 1Password is having a problem with them. Thanks.
