Autofill Identities seems unpredictable

I would like to autofill names, addresses, phone #'s - emails... like CHrome achieves. I was advised in this topic how to use it - however i am still not able to master it https://1password.community/discussion/121746/how-do-i-autofill-drivers-license#latest

I have an Identiy with Names, DOB, Address, default Phone, email.... populated
However when i go to any page i dont get all filled in
- may get no suggestion to any field
- may get suggestion for some - email is best, phone not bad address poor
- never get all
- when i get any i nevver get all the fields filled in

Like to send an example of a page an an identity - just in case i am doing something dumb...
i am using Chrome

1Password Version: 8.5
Extension Version: 2.2.3
OS Version: Win 11

Hi @Bones:

Great question! When using the in-line field menu, 1Password in the browser will only suggest email addresses and physical addresses. If you'd like to fill all of your information in one click, open the 1Password pop-up (click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar), choose the Identity you'd like to fill, then click Autofill. This will fill all of your information from that Identity into the relevant fields on the website. Let me know how you get on with that!
