Autofill not working in gov.br

The username autofill in https://www.gov.br/pt-br  doesn't work. I have to type it manually every time; I have this issue on mobile and desktop.

The login form asks for a CPF (Brazilian social security number); the format is as follows (this is a fake number):

411.103.920-01

Is it possible to have 1Password autofill there? That website is used as an OAuth2 provider for numerous government services.

Hello @loggor! 👋

Thanks for reaching out! I've take a look and it doesn't look like that's a standard username field but you can have 1Password fill that field with a little workaround:

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password desktop app.
  2. Create a new Login item and give it an appropriate title for the website.
  3. Add the website address to the Login item.
  4. Add a new custom text field to the item and called it: AccountID
  5. Save the item.

Then, open the website in your browser. Click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Autofill next to the item you just created. 1Password should fill your social security number.

Hi @1P_Dave, thank you for your time. While not that intuitive, the workaround works, but only in the browser. Is it possible to have the app consider an input like that as username input?

@loggor

I've passed your request along to the team internally. For the time being, copying and pasting the CPF number is the best workaround for non-browser platforms: Copy and fill passwords into apps that don’t work with 1Password
