Autofill not working in macOS 26.6 (stable version)

I’m sorry that autofill isn’t working on the stable version of macOS 26 on your Mac. I’ve split your post into a new thread since the other thread was focused on the beta version of macOS. Since I’m not seeing the same issue on my end, with the same version of macOS, can you tell me a little more about the issue: 

1. Do you see the 1Password icon in Safari’s toolbar? 
2. If you right click on the 1Password icon in Safari’s toolbar and then click Settings > Autofill & save, is “Show logins in autofill suggestions” turned on? 
3. When you click on a username or password field do you see a suggestion from 1Password? Or the 1Password icon in the field? Or are both the inline icon and suggestions completely missing?
