Me too. Using Safari 18.6 on Sequoia 15.6.1 on 16" 2019 - MacBook Pro 2.3Ghz 8 core Intel - 16Gb DDr4. I'm really trying to be patient but this is now an old fault and the solution surely must be public by now? I want to stay loyal to 1Password but its getting harder - too much time is being wasted copying and pasting every password entry.

I've split your post into a new thread since the specific issue being discussed in the other thread was resolved with macOS 15.6.

I'm sorry that you're still running into autofill issues when using macOS 15.6.1. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me a little more about the issue:

Is 1Password for Safari installed and setup in Safari: 1Password for Safari
Do you see the 1Password icon in Safari's toolbar?
Do you see suggestions for logins on websites when you click on either the username or password field? What happens when you click on that suggestion?
