Autofill not working with salliemae.com

I found https://1password.community/discussion/136866/username-and-password-not-populating archived conversation from Jan 2023. Wanted to say I'm having issues with this as well now, so presumably it's still not working. I can manually copy-paste the individual fields in (autofill from the dropdown on the plugin for Chrome doesn't work).

As a side note, it works great on the Android App for Sallie Mae. Just the web page in Chrome is acting up.

Hello @gunderwood! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to fill your login credentials into salliemae.com. This is a known issue that our developers are working to resolve in a future update to 1Password. I've let them know that you're affected as well.

For the time being, copying and pasting (as you mentioned), or dragging and dropping, your login credentials from 1Password and into the website in question is the best workaround: Copy and fill passwords into apps that don't work with 1Password

So what's happening with this? I have a handful of critical sites and Sallie Mae is one of them. Frustrates me that it still has not been fixed. Yes there are workarounds, but I didn't pay for workarounds.

I see that the internal issue is open on our end and have added your report to it. In the meantime, the workaround suggested by my colleague above will be the best option. I do apologize for any interruption this causes to your workflow.

Just to second the frustration with Sallie Mae  - this has been going on for a while now
