Autofill of Custom Field

I use Chrome as my browser, and I frequently visit a site that requires two login fields: txtName and txtNumber (these are the JavaScript field names). In my 1Password login entry, these two fields and their corresponding values are saved.

Autofill works perfectly on Windows — 1Password fills both fields correctly.

However, on iOS, autofill fails. The fields remain empty, and I’m forced to copy and paste the values manually from 1Password.

Can you help me understand why autofill works on Windows but not on iOS, and what might be causing the issue?

Adding to my post, I tried another approach..I .set up the custom autofields using the website's field names I observe on the site (NOT the internal javascript field name).  As before, this works perfectly on Windows, but fails on IOS.

Just to confirm, are you accessing this website in Chrome on both iOS and Windows? If possible, I'd also like to ask which website you've seen this on. Thanks again!
