Automatic user/password fill-in does not work on Aetna.com

Tried two different W10 computers, two different Aetna accounts. The automatic username/password would fill in, but Aetna website came back showing "Create an account".
I copied/pasted the username/password and Aetna accepted them. Is this a 1Password problem or an Aetna website feature?

@Blues01

My apologies Aetna is known site that does not work with auto-submit. It has been reported to the team.

You can optionally disable auto-submit.

  1. Right-click 1Password in the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Autofill & save.
  4. Turn off auto-submit - "Sign in automatically after autofill 1Password will automatically submit forms after filling logins."

Thanks for the reply. I did not realize there was a way to turn off auto-submit. That could be a useful feature.

No worries, we're here to help. I'm hoping that we'll see a finer grained control option by the site. Fingers crossed. It has been requested a few times and submitted to the team for consideration.
