Being asked for 2FA constantly since new phone

Anyone else has this issue? 1Password asks me to re-enter my 1PWD account 2FA constantly since changing phone. Removing / Re-installing did nothing.

Support is rather useless. They had me turn on/off 2FA on my account, so now it’s also doing it on my iPad and Mac.

I'm sorry that you're being continually prompted for your 2FA one-time password when using 1Password. I see that you have a support ticket open with our team and my colleague is currently reviewing the new diagnostics report that you sent in. They'll send you an email as soon as possible.

I have the same issue after switching iPhones. Is there a solution?

Do you have two accounts ? It mostly work now for me. Not sure if it’s actually a fix or “luck” as I never heard back from 1P. They acknowledged the issue but had no ETA for a fix and that was a month ago….

Thanks for the information. I actually have two accounts: A business account (which regularly asks for a reauth via single sign-on which is expected and my employer's policy) and a personal account which has 2FA enabled since 1Password added that feature.

Before switching to the new iPhone I only needed 2FA for my personal acocunt when adding the account for the first time on a new device. This time 1Password has already asked me a couple of times after migrating. Not every day though, just at random times.
