There's another issue with this build: the extension stopped working on http sites at all.

The autofill buttons do nothing either.

Hello everyone,

Our development team has released a fix for an issue that prevents 1Password from filling login credentials on HTTP websites, including non-HTTPS localhost websites. The fix is included in the latest stable version of 1Password in the browser (8.11.29.1 or later) and is available in the Chrome Web Store and Apple App Store with the Firefox version being reviewed and set to be released as soon as possible.

I'm sorry again for the inconvenience that the issue is caused. If you still experience issues after updating to 8.11.29.1 then let me know and I can help further.

I just tried it on my local router login page, you are right, it completely stopped working.

Console error:

Failed to fetch chrome-extension://khgocmkkpikpnmmkgmdnfckapcdkgfaf/inline/injected.js, Import failed 3 times. Final error: window.crypto.randomUUID is not a function

I am moving back to Stable channel's extension for now.

Guys,

I just updated the extension to the 8.11.26.9 build (on the release channel) and was "surprised" to see that it stopped working on non-https sites as well! :(

I decided to try the nightly build, but it doesn't work either.

What is going on? Did you decide to stop supporting http autofill for good?

Autofill not working for me either on local sites. Brave 1.85.116 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chromium: 143.0.7499.110. 1Pass extension  8.11.22.27.

It has been like this for a few days, really defeats the purpose of having paid for 1Password

Hi everyone! 👋

Our developers are investigating this issue and will release an update as quickly as possible. For the time being, I recommend using copy and paste or Quick Access (if you use the app) to autofill.

@1P_JoshD thanks for the reply. Lets hope they are quicker. It was reported 3 weeks ago...

Any update on when this will be fixed?

The This is seriously a deal breaker for me, if I can't use 1P for my browsing and logins, it is totally pointless and I will look elsewhere for a new option..

It's interesting that build 8.11.22.25 works for you. It doesn't for me and hasn't been working since it was released.

Some good news: the nightly version has been updated to 8.11.28.3 and is working fine.

Just updated to the nightly and still a no-go here.

Hm, did you at least try to refresh the page you were on?

Well, you didn't mention anything, so I decided to ask :)

Any update yet? Nightly version did nothing for me. Not the place for this (offtopic), but my Android Tablet has not had a functional 1password in a few years (reported it via email two years ago). Is it finally time to move away from 1password?

Also not working here on the stable channel, only use it in Firefox.

OS: Zorin OS 17.3
Firefox: 146.0.1
Extension version 8.11.23.2
1Password for Linux 8.11.22 (81122027)
