Behavior:

We are aware of situations where it's not possible to remove an item from the Ignored list, and our Development team are investigating. Do the steps listed in this discussion help?

Hi Grey,

Thanks! It appears that duplicating the entry and then deleting the original allowed me to remove them from the ignored alerts list.

Surprised my keyword search didn't find the original posts you linked. Thanks for attaching those.
