Can I stop the "Update Password" popup for "salted" or double-blind passwords?

Thank you for reaching out. The passwords that you save in 1Password never leave your device without first being end-to-end encrypted. This means that no one can access those passwords but you since only you have access to the Secret Key and account password that decrypts your data. Generally speaking, there's no need to "salt" your passwords in the way that you've described. You can read more about 1Password's security here: About the 1Password security model

That being said, if you would like to turn off the autosave feature then you can follow these steps:

1. Open your browser.
2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
3. Click Autosave & fill.
4. Turn off "Save logins automatically".

Dave, Thanks for the quick reply. I understand the security, but I still like the double-blind for those few super secret sites, lol! I should have checked those settings, but was looking at the "App" settings and not the browser... Love the product. Thanks again!
