Can not update 1password win 11

When I open the version of 1password I have on win 11, 8.10.45, there is a message to click "restart to install latest update" but when I click on it a get a message the update failed, try again later.

I've quit out of 1password, I've tried killing the 1password task, I've tried restarting my computer, I tried downloading 1password again, I went to "settings ->about" using the "check for updates" button, nothing works to allow the update to apply. What can I do to get the newest version, which according to the last thing I tried appears to be 8.12

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

As per the above instructions the Support Id number is 554111

BTW. The instructions in the link to create the diagnostic report said to go to Help > Send Diagnostic Report. I actually found it under Settings > Advanced.

Again I'm using win 11 v 8.10.45
