Can't access information in Google Password Manager?

Question

Can use 1password browser extension for new information but can't access Google Password Manager (GPM) information.  Can see the username and ****** but GPM no longer prompts to unlock.  Tried to download password file but again it doesn't prompt to allow for this to happen.  Can still access passwords on phone.  Any thoughts?

Hello @a35chylu5! 👋I'm sorry that you're running into trouble with passwords in your browser. Using two different password managers in the same browser can lead to a variety of issues and I recommend that you migrate all of your items to 1Password before turning off the built-in password manager: Move your passwords from Chrome to 1PasswordLet me know if you run into any issues. 🙂-Dave
