Can't delete some login items from my personal vault.

Question

I am a single, private user, one vault only.

There are several items that have been duplicated in my vault. In trying to clean them up, some I have been able to delete, but many I cannot.  No delete option is available (when I right click on these items, "Delete" is not a choice; when I open the item there is no 3 dot menu; when I drag the item to "Recently Deleted" in the sidebar a popup asks for confirmation but after I confirm, nothing happens).

What gives?

Hello @jkmmason! 👋I'm sorry that you're unable to delete certain items. To help me better understand the situation I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of what you're seeing and attach it to your reply:Take a screenshot on your MacMake sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot. Can you also tell me if you're able to delete those items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?-Dave
