Can't enable 1password as passkey manager on windows 11

Question

New install of Windows 11 (all updates, latest version) and latest 1password.

Trying to enable 1password as Passkey manager but it won’t turn on.

Reasonably modern pc with TPM 2.0.

Not sure what else I can do?

If I try to enable it, Windows prompts for PIN and then just does nothing!

Any ideas?
