Can't find strong password generated by iOS

Hi, have basically the exact same setting as above by for me the toggle suggest strong passwords is on and my iOS and the 1P app an Safari Extension are in the newest version as of today. 
 

I do have an issue that sometimes when I use this feature the password that was filled is not saved in 1Password and when I look into the history of the iOS extension the password also does not show up in the this history. In the 1 password app I can also not find the password. 
 

How can I fix this?

I’ve split your post into a new thread so that we can discuss the issue you’re seeing separately. I’m sorry that you’re running into trouble with the Generate Strong Passwords feature on iOS.

Once iOS generates a strong password, you should see a prompt to save the password after you submit it to the website to complete the password change. When the issue occurs, do you know if you’ve submitted the new password to the website and then saved it using the prompt that appears?

If the answer is yes, can you share some of the websites where you’ve encountered this issue?
