Can't link MySubaru app to 1Password Android

Question

I have MySubaru app installed on my Android (Pixel 7) running Android 14. 1Password doesn't recognize the app when I try to login. There is a field to "Open 1Password" to search, I can do this, and find the login, but when I try to use it, I get the message:

"Fill Anyway?
1Password can't verify the app or website should have access to your MySubaru.
Cancel  or Allow Once.

There isn't an option to save the login.

If I agree to Fill Once, I'm returned to the app and nothing happens. I literally have to copy/paste each field.

Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thx

Hello @RArmishaw! 👋I'm sorry that you're running into issues when filling your login credentials in the MySubaru app. It appears that you're running into two known issues: An issue that affects multiple apps where you'll see a prompt to allow filling into an app where the "Always Allow" option is missing so that you can avoid the prompt in the future. An issue where login credentials aren't filled into the MySubaru app even after choosing to fill them once. Our developers are tracking both issues and hopefully a fix can be released in a future update soon. For the time being, copying and pasting your login credentials is the best workaround: Copy and fill passwords into apps that don't work with 1Password-Daveref: dev/core/core#29310ref: dev/core/core#16229
