Can't Open 1PW

Got a new MacBook Pro. This Mac is my old Mac -- an iMac 2020.

Made a TimeMachine backup on this computer and used the TimeMachine backup to populate my new MBP. When I click on the 1PW icon on the MBP I get an error message
What should I try now?

Got new MacBook Pro to replace iMac. Both computers updated to 13.4.1. Move data via TimeMachine. When I click 1PW icon on new MBP, I get error message below. Please tell me how to resolve this problem
