I recently upgraded to 2.3.2 on my Mac, running High Sierra 10.13.6. I can no longer program 1Password to lock out after
10 minutes of inactivity. Help!!! Thanks, GE

Hi @garyeskow.

May I ask if you are using the 1Password desktop app at the same time?

Suppose you do, you can adjust the auto-lock settings there:

  1. Open & unlock 1Password 7 for Mac.
  2. Click the 1Password 7 menu on the top-left corner beside the .
  3. Select Preferences....
  4. Navigate to the Security section.
  5. Then, you can adjust the Auto-lock settings according to your preferences.

Thanks for responding, Kevin. I see this, but no, I don't use both apps, just the online version. I sent a request for help to the support email four or five days ago and am surprised that they haven't responded. Again, thanks for trying to help! Gary

Hey @garyeskow - It looks like support did get back to the email you submitted. Were you able to see that? Sorry for the delay there. We can continue assisting you there 🙂

Thanks!

@garyeskow

I just resent the last message from my colleagues. You may also want to check any junk or spam folders and consider adding support@1password.com to your allowed list, if it's not already present.
