Can't sign in to desktop app

I have set my 81 year old mother up on my family account.  I have her email, password, secret key and yet, I still cannot sign in to her account.  I either need to know how to fix this, or delete the account and send her a new invite.  At this point, I am so ready to delete and start over.

Please disregard, sorry I have no idea how to delete this thread.  I was able to sign in .
