Can't sign in to support system

Steps to reproduce:

  • Go to https://support.1password.com/
  • Click "Sign in"
  • Enter password & 2FA

Expected: the browser should redirect to https://support.1password.com/
Actual: the browser redirects to https://my.1password.com/home

If I go to https://support.1password.com/ again, I'm still not signed in.

I have disabled the auth via extension, still doesn't work.

Hi @mj_it, this sounds like the expected behaviour here. The support page is a public knowledge base and doesn't have any account-specific functionality, so there's no way to sign in to it as such.

The "Sign in" button in the header links to the 1Password web interface, where you can manage your account settings and vaults.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

How can I see the list of my support tickets?

Hi @mj_it,

We don't have a customer-facing portal where you can view a list of your support tickets.

The best way to keep track of your conversations with us is through your email inbox. Each time you open a ticket or we reply, you’ll receive an email from us, usually from: support@1password.com

If you search your email inbox for that address, you should be able to find your previous tickets and replies.
