Can't update or reinstall

Question

About a week ago, I frequently encountered the problem of not being able to update.

When I try to uninstall and reinstall it doesn't work anymore.

Extension Version: 2.13.1
OS Version: Windows 22H2 22621.1992
Browser: Firefox 116.0(x64)

Have you tried restarting the device and disabling any antivirus apps temporarily? If not, I'd suggest that as the initial step.
