I wish to cancel my 1Password 7 account.

I have an iMac (Ventura), and 1Password 8 is not compatible with his version.

How do I go about cancelling my account and stop direct debits coming through my Paypal account

Thank you for reaching out! 1Password is compatible with macOS Monterey 12 or later which includes macOS 13 (Ventura): System requirements for the 1Password apps

Can you double-check the version of macOS that you're currently running? Are you seeing a message saying that 1Password isn't compatible with your device? Are you able to post a screenshot of what you see on your end? Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot.

Thanks for reaching out . I have an iMac ( Ventura) - because of the age of my Computer - My Mac expert that helps me with my computer advises that I am unable to update to 1Password 8 / Monterey . Therefore I have to download another Password Manager that is not affected by the software on my computer

My computer is old and my advise is that It will not be able to Download 1Password Manager 8.

Also I am having all sorts of issues in my indeavours to unsubscribe to 1Password 7.

I cannot find my secret Key -the one I have is not recognised for some reason. I am 79 years old and I am computer challenged
