Cancel my account

I've been trying to resolve a login issue with support for a week. Support takes a whole day to reply and sometimes 2.  Thats just not acceptable.  Due to this issue I cannot log into my account. How can I cancel my subscription other than put a block on my credit card?

I'm sorry that you're running into a login issue. Can you post the Support ID of your ticket here so that I can take a look? The Support ID looks something like [#ABC-12345-678].
